Gulf Coast Conference 2018 Call for Papers

The Alabama Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (ALNENA) is pleased to present the Gulf Coast Conference 2018 to be held at the Perdido Beach Resort, Orange Beach, AL, October 14-17, 2018.
This Call for Papers invites 9-1-1 professionals, NENA members, industry associates, business professionals and educators to submit a proposal for a Breakout Session (to include but not limited to a workshop or panel discussion). Topics must be directly related to the Police/Fire/EMS emergency communications field. All entries will be considered, but we are proactively searching for fresh, innovative content.

Breakout Session Presenters - Proposed topics will be evaluated based on the quality, timeliness, relevance, practicality and focus of the topic. Historical data from surveys and evaluations of previous events will be used to determine potential attendee interest. All sessions are to be vendor neutral. Registration instructions will be provided to presenters once presentations are accepted.
Presenters are to furnish their own supplies (laptop, flipchart, markers, handouts, etc.) as appropriate. ALNENA provides the projector, microphone and screen in each breakout room. All presenters/panel members must be listed in the proposal. Presenters are responsible for all of their travel, lodging, meals and materials.
Submittals must be received no later than July 31, 2018 to be considered for selection. No exceptions.
